These terms govern use of the public website operated by Plaiced LLC (“Plaiced”). They are not an order form, a media-buying agreement or terms for logging into an advertising platform. A separate signed agreement may govern any services supplied to a customer.
Using this website does not grant access to Plaiced’s advertising platform or create a customer relationship.
Using the public website
The website provides information about Plaiced and a way to contact its team. Visitors should use the site lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt it, interfere with its security, impersonate others or submit material they do not have the right to share.
If you send an inquiry, provide information you are authorized to share. Sending a message does not create a customer relationship, book a meeting or commit Plaiced to provide inventory or services.
Information, examples and third-party links
Descriptions of workflows, audiences, supply and example plans are informational. Example interfaces are not live deals or guaranteed placements and do not establish an ability to identify or target individuals.
Links to third-party sites may be provided for convenience. Plaiced does not control those sites or their content. Availability, specifications and commercial terms for any media or platform service require separate confirmation.

The Plaiced name, branding, text and site design may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to Plaiced or their respective owners. Viewing the site does not grant permission to copy, resell or imply endorsement by Plaiced.
Third-party logos, images and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

The separate website privacy policy describes how information submitted through this site is handled. The Privacy choices page explains the controls currently available; visiting it does not register an opt-out.
